1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 133bat website at https://133bat.vip (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 133bat ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

133bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 133bat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not unlawful, and you are solely responsible for verifying your own compliance with local laws.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and you are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of an employer or third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

To place bets or access real-money casino games on 133bat, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and any associated winnings being voided.

When creating your account, you must:

4. Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 133bat Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 133bat reserves the right to apply limits at its sole discretion.
• Accepted deposit channels include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your 133bat account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of payment processing delays beyond 133bat's control, please contact support.
• 133bat does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• 133bat processes withdrawal requests within a standard timeframe of one to three business days, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where a player's account is under review, where KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation has not been provided, or where 133bat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

133bat is committed to maintaining a safe platform and preventing financial crime, underage gambling, and fraudulent activity. As part of this commitment, we may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

6. Betting Rules & Sportsbook Conditions

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 133bat Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance at 133bat's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, system errors, or unusual betting patterns.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. 133bat is not responsible for odds changes that occur during the bet placement process.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if the bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a manifest pricing error).
• In-play betting: Bets placed on live, in-play markets are accepted subject to the real-time status of the event. 133bat will not be responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in delayed bet placement.
• BPL and cricket markets: For Bangladesh Premier League and all T20 cricket markets, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies in rain-affected matches. Markets will be settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BPL, ICC).
• Maximum winnings: 133bat reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits will be communicated on the relevant betting market page.

By placing a bet, the player confirms they understand the rules of the relevant sport and market. Disputes arising from sports results will be resolved by reference to the official governing body's ruling.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

133bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players. All offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in each individual promotion. 133bat reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Only real-money bets contribute toward meeting wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds themselves may be subject to contribution restrictions depending on the game type (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute less).

• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed return, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in voiding of the relevant bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 133bat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, recovery of any funds paid out in error, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or financing of illegal activity.
• Placing bets in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt practice affecting the integrity of sporting events.

• Allowing another person to use your account. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 133bat staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 133bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game imagery, software, source code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 133bat or its licensed providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 133bat Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 133bat. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform for its intended purpose of placing bets and playing games is permitted under these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 133bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

133bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement SSL encryption across all transactions and account sessions to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your 133bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

133bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon termination for breach or suspected fraud, 133bat reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be voided.

14. Dispute Resolution

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
